Passed peacefully away at Lion's Manor Nursing Home in the presence of his loving family on Friday, May 30, 2008, Cyril Mandville of Dunville, age 82. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Mary; his brothers, Leonard and Edmund, and his son-in-law, Mark Smith. Leaving to mourn his devoted wife of 56 years, Genevieve; his children: Doreen (Jim Davis), Jerry, Doris (George "Skip" Harris), Ken (Sylvia), Ruth (Wallace Gregory), Cathy (Ken Duff), Ed (Cathy), 17 grandchildren, one great-grandchild expected June, 2008, and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation Sunday, June 1 from 12 -10 p.m. and on Monday from 11 a.m. Mass of Christian burial from St. Anne's Church, Dunville, on Monday, June 2 at 2 p.m. Interment at Dermot McGettigan Memorial Cemetery.
