ACORN, JOHN CARSTON (JACKIE) The death of Jackie Acorn occurred at home on Friday, December 21, 2001. Born in Charlottetown, PEI, he was the son of the late Edgar F. and Lena Acorn. Jackie is survived by his sons, George of Edmonton, Alberta, Sterling (Barbara-Ann) of Geary, NB and Michael of Lincoln, NB; daughter, Charlene Clarke (Brian) of Terrace, BC and four grandchildren. There will be no visitation by request. A private funeral service will be held at a later date with Rev. Paul Thompson officiating.
