EARLE HODGSON

HODGSON, EARLE Earle Hodgson, 1916 - 2002, passed away quietly at Erin Mills Lodge with his family by his side. Served with the R.C.A. 1939 - 1945. Joined the 104th Artillery in Fredericton. Transferred overseas to 90th Anti Tank Battery as a Sargent. A lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion. Survived by his sons, Robert (Marie) of Fredericton, Wayne (Kim) of Mississauga and daughter Kathleen (Peter) Jones of Georgetown. Also left behind are seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Predeceased by his wife Gwendolyn (Forrest) and daughter Eileen Rideout. Retired after 25 years service with the city of Mississauga. A memorial service will be held at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 1535 South Gateway Road, Mississauga (905) 602-1580 on Thursday April 25, 2002 at 7:00 pm. Visitation will take place 1 hour prior. Private family interment, Meadowvale Cemetery. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
