WESTVILLE - David Joseph Robinson, age 22, Elmwood Street, Westville, passed away Monday, February 12, 2007, in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow, following a brief illness. Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of Gordon and Betty (Bradford) Robinson, Westville. David was a graduate of Westville High School in 2002 and was presently employed at Convergys. He was a member of the Church of the Holy Name, Westville, and had a great love for Spot, his pet dog. He will be sadly missed, besides his parents, by his brothers, Jim, South Korea; and Mark (Natasha), Halifax; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Stella Bradford; paternal grandparents, Jack and Mary Robinson; cousins, Danny Bradford and Jonathan Robinson; uncles Fraser and Sandy Robinson. Visitations will be held at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Thursday. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday from the Church of the Holy Name, Westville, with Father Peter MacDonald officiating. Cremation will follow. Interment will be in the Holy Name Cemetery. The Holy Name C.W.L. will recite prayers at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Funeral Home. Family flowers only.
