NEW GLASGOW - Debra Ann Riggs, 47, Glen Haven Manor, New Glasgow, passed away May 15, 2007, in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Ann (Ryan) Riggs. Debra had been a resident of Glen Haven Manor the past 10 years. She was a member of Christ the King Roman Catholic Church, Trenton. She is survived by a sister, Dawn (Andrew) Gallagher, B.C.; brothers: David (Karen), Halifax; James, B.C.; Scott, B.C.; two nieces, Gemma and Allysa. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow. Burial will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Debra may be made to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada.
