BROWN, DORICE MARILYN (OAKLEY) The death of Dorice Marilyn Brown of Oromocto, NB occurred at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Sunday, December 22, 2002. Born in Bertie Township, Welland County, Ontario on December 24, 1926 she was the daughter of the late Frank and Gladys Oakley and wife of the late Robert (Bob) A.C. Brown. Dorice was a member of St. John's Anglican Church, Oromocto, NB. Dorice took great care in her flower garden and her grandchildren were very special in her life. Survived by two daughters, Carol (Alden) Parker and Heather (Rob) Finnie; two sons, Paul Brown and Jim (Thu) Brown; four grandchildren, Aaron Parker, Matthew Parker, Paul N. Brown and Taylor Finnie and two special nieces, Sharon Haining and Linda Neimes in Ontario. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held from St. John's Anglican Church, Oromocto on Saturday, December 28th, 2002 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Keith Howlett officiating. Interment will take place in St. John's Anglican Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
