MACKINNON, HELEN MAUDE The death of Helen Maude MacKinnon of Fredericton, wife of the late Earle MacKinnon occurred on Thursday, May 08, 2003 at York Manor Nursing Home, Fredericton. Born in Marysville, NB, she was a daughter of the late Enoch and Ida M. (Evans) Pond. Mrs. MacKinnon is survived by one sister, Mary Murray (Everett) of Fredericton; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by, two sisters, Frederica Long and Elva D. Pond; step-mother, Hazel Pond, one step-brother, Alison Harvey and one step sister-in-law, Dawn Harvey. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2003 at 11 am from the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, Fredericton, NB. Pastor Doug Hapeman will officiate. Interment will be held in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery, Fredericton, NB. For those who wish, remembrances to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
