BOONE, MRS. B. PEARLE The death of Mrs. B. Pearle Boone of York Manor Nursing Home, Fredericton, occurred on Sunday, May 11, 2003 at her residence. Born in Burtt's Corner, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Elwood and Elva E. G. (White) Elliotte. Pearle enjoyed knitting, and always enjoyed the company of her cats. Pearle is survived by a daughter, Maxine Palmer (Leonard) of Fredericton; a son, Marcus Currie (Ethel) of Geary; a sister, Chris Harris of Fredericton; a brother, Vincent Elliotte (Ellen) of Fredericton; 10 grandchildren, including a special granddaughter Dixie Carr (Rick) of Geary; a step-daughter, Rhoda Graham (Raymond) of Saint John; two stepsons Sam Boone (Maxine) of Fredericton and Robert Boone (Lila) of Woodland; several great grandchildren; a great great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. Pearle was predeceased by her husbands Robert Currie, Thomas Wood, and Hayward Boone; and by a brother, Allister Elliotte. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton North, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 PM from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel. Rev. Jim Lewis will officiate. Interment will take place at a later date in the Burtt's Corner Community Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the York Manor Solarium Fund would be appreciated by the family.
