TARGETT, MARY E. The passing of Mary Elizabeth Targett of Fredericton occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Monday, June 9, 2003. She was 77. Born in Nashwaaksis, NB, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Hazel (Bailey) Hawkins. Mary was office manager and bookkeeper for Neills Sporting Goods for many years and also worked at City Dairy on King Street and Hartt Boot and Shoe for a number of years. She was Anglican by faith. Mary is survived by her daughter Leanne E. Targett of Fredericton; a sister, Violet Meade of Fredericton and a brother Herb Hawkins and wife Barb of Fredericton; nieces and nephews. Mary is also survived by her dear friends Marlina Gallagher of Douglas, Doris McMinniman of Fredericton, Mavis Carr and Marlene Murray both of Rusagonis. Predeceased by her parents and husband William Leslie Targett. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton where visitation will be held Wednesday 3:30-5 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, June 12, 2003 at 1 p.m. with Rev.
