BROOKS, JOYCE MARGARET Joyce M. Brooks of Hartfield passed away at her home on July 4, 2003. Born at Hartfield, she was a daughter of the late Reverdy and Margaret (Charters) Price. Joyce was an avid car racing fan and bingo player. She had many friends, including her boys from St. Anne Nackawic mill that she loved to cook for at the mill canteen and her T O P S pals that gave her so much encouragement over the years. Joyce is survived by her husband, Guy B. Brooks; a daughter, Nancy Trail (Haldean), Temperance Vale; two sons, Danny Brooks (Kim), Hartfield and Malcolm Brooks (Velma), Campbell Settlement; a sister, Marion Scott, Fredericton; a brother, Edmund Price (Halene), Campbell Settlement; four grandchildren, Angie Brewer (Jeff), Darren Trail (Mindy), April Brooks (Greg) and Rachel Brooks; her great grandson, Nash; her caregiver, Patti Ingraham; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Joan Keetch, two sisters, Dorothy Price and Susan Schriver, three brothers, Gerald, Archie and Donald Price and a chosen son, Lauren Schriver. Resting at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic with visiting hours Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Sunday, July 6, 2003 at 2:30 p.m. Rev.
