MASTON, ROY HERBERT Roy Herbert Maston of Minto, NB, passed away at home on Wednesday, August 27, 2003 at the age of 59. Our hearts are broken with the loss of a wonderful Husband, Father, Son, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle. He was a friend to many as his spirit was so easily felt by anyone who had the privilege to know him. His life was for his family and for this, we will never forget him. He was a retired supervisor of NB Coal Ltd. of Minto, NB. He was an avid hockey fan and loved watching his son Scott play. He is survived by his loving wife June Maston (Barton), his mother, Jean, one son Scott (Natalie) of Minto, three daughters; Kathy (Andy) Love of Hartford, Connecticut, Susan Baron (Robert) of New Maryland, NB, and Kim Boucher (Rodney) of Moncton, NB, five brothers; David (Gerrie), Wayne (Bonnie), Brian, Gary (Shelly), Rodney (Brenda), one sister; Wanda (Maurice) Gogan all of Minto, five granddaughters who affectionately called him Bubby, Laura, Lindsey, Brittany, Mallory and Kate. Roy was predeceased by his dad, Douglas and a brother Donnie. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home, (327-3490) with visiting on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 30th at 1 p.m. from the Full Gospel Pentecostal Church, Minto, NB, with Pastor William Murphy and Rev. Chris Austin officiating. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Full Gospel Pentecostal Cemetery Fund or to the memorial of the donor's choice.
