ALLEN, BARBARA ANN The passing of Barbara Ann Allen of Fredericton, N.B., occurred peacefully at her residence on August 30, 2003. She was 56. Born in Saint John, N.B., she was the daughter of Charles Robert and Alice Louise (Rodgerson) Kennedy. A homemaker and United by faith, she is survived by her parents, husband, Doug Allen; one daughter Sheri -Ann Breau of Fredericton; one son, Newton West (Shauna) of Douglas Harbor; three grandchildren, Leanna, Kristi and Scott; four sisters, Iris McCoy (Ronald) of Douglas Harbor, Louise Cook (Kenneth) of Fredericton, Brenda Colwell (Daniel) of Saint John and Joan Kennedy-Stacey (Scott) of Portland Maine; three brothers, Gary Kennedy (Sharon) of Durham Bridge, David Kennedy (Sandra) of Minto and Larry Kennedy (Tory) of PEI; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Floyd West (Newton) and her second husband John Albert Breau (Sheri-Ann), and both her paternal and maternal grandparents. Visitation will take place at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Tuesday from 3:30 - 5:00 pm and 7-9 pm. A memorial service will be held from Devon Park Baptist Church, 145 Clark Street on Wednesday, September 3, 2003 at 2:00 pm with Rev.Lawrence Meade officiating. Interment at a later date.
