CROSSMAN, WENDELL B. The death of Wendell B. Crossman of Ripples, NB, occurred on Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at Nackawic. Born in Chipman, NB, he was the son of the late William and Mary (Stevens) Crossman. Wendell is survived by his loving wife Barbara Ellen (McKay) Crossman; a son, Edward Ackerson (Karen) of Lincoln, NB; a daughter, Tammy J. Crossman of Sussex, NB; two grandchildren, Stacey Ackerson and Jennifer Good; a brother, William (Evie) of Winnipeg, MB; two uncles, Robert Stevens (Betty) of Codys, NB, and Alfred Crossman (Grace) of Saint John, NB; an aunt, Edna Crossman of Chipman; mother-in-law, Florence McKay of Ripples; two brother-in-laws, Ronald McKay (Sue) of Fredericton and Robert McKay (Margaret) of Chipman; sister-in-laws, Sharon Williams (Robert) of Ripples; several cousins, nieces, nephews and his special pal Frosty. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother Dennis. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home (327-3490) where visitation will take place on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 13, 2003 at the United Pentecostal Church, Ripples with Pastor Stephen Tompkins officiating. Private family interment will take place in the Ripples Community Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, donations made to the charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
