LARSEN, HARLEY PETER The death of Harley Peter Larsen of Lincoln, husband of Bernice I. (Jenkins) Larsen, occurred on Saturday, September 13, 2003 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Fredericton, he was the son of the late Evald and Ruby (Briggs) Larsen. Harley was formerly employed at C.B.C., retiring in 1996. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Bonnie Taylor (Wayne) of Rothesay, Kathy Lavigne (Rick) of Stanley, Dale Larsen (Maria) of Fredericton, Lori Hache (Mike) of Quebec, and Kevin Larsen of Calgary; two brothers, Gilbert Larsen of Ontario and Ronald Larsen (Carolyn) of Moncton; grandchildren Sandy and Randy Lavigne, Kayla Larsen, and Jayne and Erin Taylor; and several nieces and nephews. Harley was predeceased by a brother, Emmey. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, Brookside Drive at Douglas Avenue, Fredericton North, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 PM from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel. Rev. Raymond Woodward and Rev. Harold Jenkins will officiate. Interment will take place in the Chipman United Pentecostal Cemetery.
