ROSBOROUGH, ALICE GERTRUDE Alice G. Rosborough, formerly of Bear Island passed away October 6, 2003 at York Manor. Born at Mactaquac on May 2, 1907, she was a daughter of the late James and Ella (Currie) Wilson. Alice was a member of the Bear Island Union Church, the Bear Island U.C.W. and the Women's Institute. She was active in the community, doing for others and making quilts for family and friends. She is survived by two sons, Aulden Rosborough (Jacquie), Kimberley, Ontario and Howard Rosborough (Emma), Scarborough, Ontario; a sister, Myrtle Urquhart, Keswick Ridge; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Alice was predeceased by her husband, Donald Rosborough on July 3, 1978; an infant son, Donald, a grandson, Thomas, a sister, May Ames and a brother, Harry Wilson. Resting at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic with visiting hours Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Thursday, October 9, 2003 at 3 p.m. Rev.
