Passed peacefully away at the Agnes Pratt Home on Friday, June 6, 2008, Ella Frances Welsh, seven weeks short of her 90th birthday. Predeceased by her husband Arthur in 1974. Survived by her loving sons Arthur (Dorothy) and Jim (Lillian); grandchildren Lisa Court (Richard), Tracy Cunliffe (Ian) and Gregory (Michelle); great-grandchildren Michael, Victoria, Taya and Georgia; sister Olive Kean; brothers Malcolm Winsor (Virtue) and Nathan Winsor; special friend and sister-in-law Frances Winsor; other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. Visitation on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel, Adam's Avenue on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in the S.A. Cemetery, Blackmarsh Road. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Frances' name may be made to the S.A. Citadel Senior Band.
