BOULTER, MILDRED CORA (MILLIE) The death of Mildred C. Boulter (Millie) of Fredericton, NB, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Monday, December 1st, 2003. Born September 5, 1920 in Green Hill, NB, she was the daughter of the late Frederick W. and Irene (Fullarton) Sparkes and wife of Carl Boulter. Millie was a Life Member of the UCW at Wilmot United Church, she enjoyed painting and spending time with family. Survived by her husband Carl; their children, Ronald (Sharon) of Ajax, ON, Helen Boulter "Holly" of Fredericton, chosen daughter, Lena Watson (Clifford) of Fredericton; two grandchildren, Kimberly Boulter of Ottawa, ON, and Kelly Boulter of Oshawa, ON, one sister, Caroline Dorcas of Saskatchewan, sisters- in- law; Frances Sparkes of Saint John, NB, and Martha Sparkes of Stanley, NB, special nephew, Bob Harvey (Linda) of Fredericton, several cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, one sister, Clara Harvey (Coo), two brothers, Don and Byrne. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the J.A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Thursday, December 4th, 2003 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Isabel Black will officiate. Interment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery.
