DAVID EVERETT CARLISLE

CARLISLE, DAVID EVERETT The death of David Everett Carlisle of Keswick Ridge, husband of Marilyn (Sloat) Carlisle, occurred suddenly by accident on Wednesday, December 3, 2003. Born in Scotland, he was the son of Evelyn I. (Allison) Carlisle and the late H. Everett Carlisle. David was a member of the Association of Professional Agrologists, and was a consultant with the Farm Debt Mediation Board. He enjoyed boating, and the company of his dog, Ralph. In addition to his wife and to his mother, he is survived by a son, Michael Carlisle of Moncton; daughters Dr. Mary Ellen Carlisle (Roy Etheridge) of Prince Edward Island, and Joanna Carlisle (Chris Gruenwald) of Keswick Ridge; brothers Allison Carlisle (Brenda) and Douglas Carlisle (Diane), all of Keswick Ridge; a sister Anne Arvidson (Ron) of Prince Edward Island; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, Brookside Drive at Douglas Avenue, Fredericton North, on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Sunday at 2:00 PM from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel. The officiating clergy are Rev. Ian Wetmore, Rev. Patricia Drummond and the Venerable Walter Williams. Interment will take place privately in All Saint's Cemetery, Keswick Ridge. The active pallbearers are Eugene Price, Paul Grimm, Larry Jewett, Terry Brewer, David Brigham, and Mark McCullough. The honorary pallbearers are Charles Pickard, Roy Wilson, Leonard Gilbey, Beverley McCullough, and Elliott Keizer. For those who wish, remembrances to the David Carlisle Memorial Trust Fund, in care of the Agricultural Producers Association of New Brunswick would be appreciated. The trust fund has been established to benefit the New Brunswick agricultural sector and will be administered by the Carlisle family. Personal condolences may be offered via www.yorkfh.com.
