ARSENAULT, MARY WANDA The death of Wanda Arsenault of Oromocto, NB, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Friday, February 6th, 2004. Born in Charlottetown, PEI, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Ida (Sheehan) DeRoches, and the wife of the late Emmanuel "Ed" Arsenault. Wanda was a dedicated and very devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she lived in Oromocto for over 30 years until she heard the news of a much awaited for granddaughter and to Ontario she was bound to become the doting grandmother to her little angel. Just six months ago she moved back to Oromocto with her daughter and granddaughter to enjoy her many friends and family there. She will be sadly missed by all her friends and family especially her granddaughter Mackenzie. Her strength and determination will continue in her daughter and granddaughter. Survived by her daughter Althea Arsenault and granddaughter Mackenzie Sharkey of Oromocto, NB; one brother, Lloyd DeRouches (Barbara) of Charlotttown, PEI, several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Saturday, February 7th, from 7-9 and Sunday, February 8th, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Monday, February 9th, 2004 at 11:00 am. Interment will be in the St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery at a later date.
