MOWAT, ORLAND TRUE (BUDDY) The death of Orland True (Buddy) Mowat of Ottawa, formerly of Minto, occurred Friday, February 20, 2004 at the Ottawa Civic Hospital, Ottawa. Funeral service will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 6, at the chapel of the Minto Funeral Home. A complete death notice will appear in this paper at a later date.
