MACDONALD, LORRAINE "LORI" The death of Lorraine "Lori" Gaye MacDonald of Fredericton, wife of George MacDonald, occurred at her home on Thursday, February 26. Daughter of the late Wallace and Bernice Ruth (Purvis) Cail, Lori was a devoted housewife who loved cooking, her cat Bootsy and giving generously. She was a member of the Marysville Baptist Church. Besides her husband, Lori is survived by a brother, David Kail of Fredericton; sisters Pat Davidson of Fredericton, and Noni Carnegie of Oromocto; nephews Michael Fleming of Oromocto and Jim Davidson of Quispamsis. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Saturday from 2 PM to 4 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM. The Funeral Service will be on Sunday at 3 PM from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel with Pastor David DuBois officiating and Rev. Ralph Irving assisting. Interment will take place at the Marysville Baptist Cemetery at a later date.
