DEMERS, ARMAND PHILIPPE The death of Armand Philippe Demers, husband of Edna (Mazerolle) Demers of Miramichi, NB, occurred on Thursday, March 11th, 2004 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Armand is survived by his wife Edna; four sons, Jean -Paul (Jennifer) of Hanwell, NB, Richard (Guerline) of Mississauga, Ont., Ivan (Michelle) of Woodstock, NB, and Marc (Michele) of Island View, NB; three daughters, Renee Armstrong (William) of Mazerolle Settlement, NB, Line Champion (Derek) of Noonan, NB, and Lisa Bagnall (Alex) of Fort McMurray, Alta; nine grandchildren, Sacha, Philippe, Sabrina, Nathan, Brendan, Tara, Angus, Grant, and Justin; three brothers, Andre (Gisele), Raymond (Claire), Jacques (Raymonde); three sisters, Jeannine Fortier wife of the late Raymond Fortier, Therese Cote (Marc-Andre), and Louisette Bilodeau (Florent) all of Quebec. He was predeceased by his parents, one sister, Yolande Guay (Auguste Guay); and one brother, JeanPaul Demers. The family will receive visitors at River Valley Funeral Services, 50 Avonlea Court, Fredericton, NB, (4554267) on Sunday, March 14th, 2004 from 7-9 PM and again on Monday March 15th, 2004 from 1-3 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Ste-Anne-Des-Pays-Bas Roman Catholic Church on Monday March 15th, 2004 at 4:00 PM with Rev. Emery Brien as celebrant. A reception will be held in the church hall immediately following the mass. Interment will take place at a later date.
