NORQUAY, ROBERT BANKS Robert B. Norquay of Lr. Queensbury, passed away April 23,2004 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born in Ronaldsay, Orkney, Scotland in 1924, he was the son of the late John and Mary Helen (Brown) Norquay. Robert was a retired farmer who loved animals and especially his horses. He was community minded and enjoyed the company of neighbours and friends. Robert is survived by a sister, Mary Goodine, Bear Island; two sisters-inlaw, Marion Norquay, Lr. Queensbury and Ellen Norquay, Keswick Ridge; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Isabella and Marjorie Norquay and four brothers William, John, Albert and James Norquay. Resting at Flewelling Funeral Home 585 Otis Drive Nackawic, with visiting hours Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at the Bear Island Union Church on Monday April 26, 2004 at 2pm. Rev. Dr. Norman Whitney officiating. Internment will be in the Mactaquac Cemetery. www.flewellingswan.com
