JARRETT, MARY KATHRYN (BRITTANY) The death of Mary Kathryn (Brittany) Jarrett of Sherwood Park, Edmonton, AB, passed away Friday, February 13, 2004 at her residence after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Donald Albert Jarrett (February 2, 1997). Born in Cross Creek, NB, December 11, 1928, daughter of the late Fred Brittany and Anne Mae (Sanson) Brittany, went to be her Lord at the age of 75. She graduated from Victoria Public Hospital in 1950. Kay is survived by three loving children, Donald Calvin Thomas Jarrett, Kimberly James Jarrett, daughter Deborah Jarrett, one brother Fred (sister-in-law Irene) Brittany, Cross Creek, NB, three sisters Margaret McLeod (David) Windsor, ON, two sisters Joan Stephens (Norman), Fredericton, NB, Joyce Chamberlain (the late John Chamberlain) of Cross Creek, NB, and several nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews and cousins. Kathryn was predeceased by a nephew James Frederick Brittany. Funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 17, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at the Sherwood Park Alliance Church, Sherwood Park, AB.Pastor Leighton W. Gust will be officiating. Interment will follow in Glenwood Memorial Gardens. In lieu floral tributes, donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute of Edmonton, AB.
