PIERCE, ARDEN LYALL At the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on May 7, 2004, Arden L. Pierce, age 78 of Fredericton passed away. Born in Belmont, N.S., he was a son of the late Marshall and Verda (Staples) Pierce. He was a member of Wilmot United Church and a retired Civil Engineer working the N.B. Power. Surviving are his wife, Jean (Stevens) Pierce; seven children, Garth Arden Pierce (Patricia), Michael David Pierce (Debra), Stephen Marshall Pierce (Barbara), Debbie Jean Francis (James), Kevin Gary Pierce (Margaret), Keith Lyall Pierce (Brenda) and Ross Allison Pierce (Nancy); two brothers, Colin and Glen Pierce and 17 grandchildren. Although there will be no visitation by request a committal service will be announced at a later time and ate.
