STELLARTON – Keigan Kimball Lucas, 22 months, beloved son of Charlotte Anne Green, Stellarton, and Roger Martin Lucas, New Glasgow, passed away tragically Saturday, August 9, 2008, as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Keigan was born in New Glasgow, October 7, 2006. He attended the Pictou County Daycare and loved to be at the ball field, rink or soccer field watching his family play. Keigan loved to spend time at the camp, boating and enjoying the outdoors. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Stellarton. He is survived by his loving mother and father, Charlotte Anne Green, Stellarton, and Roger Martin Lucas, New Glasgow; maternal grandparents, Jeff (Ruth) Green, Stellarton; maternal great-grandmothers, Anne Green, Stellarton; Charlotte Fennell, New Glasgow; Uncle Jeffery Green, Halifax; Aunt Lisa Green, Stellarton; paternal grandparents, Charlene (Bruce Fraser), Linacy; paternal great-grandparents, Kimball (Jean) Lucas, New Glasgow, and Mable and Louis Fraser; Uncle Robert Fraser, Priestville; aunt Robyn Leil, Linacy; several other aunts uncles and cousins. Keigan's God parents were Lisa Green and Craig Lucas. Keigan was predeceased by his maternal great-grandfathers, Ralph Green and Fred Fennel; paternal grandfather, Kimball Joseph Lucas; and paternal great-grandfather, Clark Frosst; and grandmother, Patricia Lozon; and great-great-grandmother, Thirza Frosst. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, in the H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Home, Stellarton. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church with Father Bill Rankin officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Donations in memory of Keigan may be made to Pictou County Daycare or a charity of your choice. Please family flowers only.
