LAWRENCE, DIANNE JOYCE The death of Dianne Joyce Lawrence of Fredericton, NB occurred on Monday, June 28th, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in St. Stephen, NB she was the daughter of the late George and Joyce (Thorne) Lawrence. Dianne was a Pediatric Nursing Assistant in the Victoria Public Hospital and the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, working later years in the CI Unit. She received a BA from UNB in 1989. Dianne was a long time member of the Brunswick Street Baptist Church and held the position of Financial Secretary during the past nine years. She was very active in prayer group ministries. Survived by one brother, Dean Lawrence (Heather) of Trout Brook, NB; one sister, Ruth McGuire (John) of Fredericton, NB; nieces, Jennifer (Isalm) Lawrence, Natalie Lawrence and Laura McGuire; nephew, George McGuire; grand nephews, Badr and Basheer; grand nieces, Adeela and Ayesha and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by her parents and numerous aunts and uncles. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 30th, from 2-4 and 79 pm and Thursday, July 1st, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Brunswick Street Baptist Church on Friday, July 2nd, 2004 at 11:00 am. Rev. Greg Geldart will officiate. Interment will be held at the United Church Cemetery in Bocabec, Charlotte Co. NB.
