CAISSIE, ALCIDE The death of Alcide Caissie of Oromocto, NB, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Wednesday, June 30th, 2004. Born in St. Norbert, Kent Co. NB, he was the son of the late Louis and Elisi (Maillet) Caissie and the husband of Imelda Caissie. Survived by two sons, Aldorie (Carol) Caissie of Toronto, ON and Donald Caissie (Linda) of Geary; two daughters, Claudia Grasse (Sheldon) and Rose May Cashol (Raymond) both of Geary, NB; seven grandchildren, Micheal Caissie (Shelly), Joanne Caissie (Wayne) all of Toronto, ON, Angie Hughusman (Dan) of Geary, NB, Jim Caissie (Colleen) of Fredericton Junction, NB, Jason Grasse (Michelle) of Geary, NB, Jeremy Grasse of Geary, NB, and Erica Cashol of Geary, NB; six great -grandchildren, Nakita, Megan, Mitchell and Jessie, Nathaniel and Kyle; four sisters, Lena Collette (Gérard) of Saint-Maruice-de-Kent, Térèse Savoie of Toronto, ON, Stella LeBlanc (Vlysse) of Saint-Marie de-Kent and Noëlla Maillet of Saint- Marie- de -Kent; two brothers, Aquilla Caissie of Saint John, NB, Gérard Caissie (Geralda) of Richibouctou, NB: one sister- in- law, Claudette Caissie of Irishtown, NB, Predeceased by his parents; two children, Henri-paul, and Rose-mai Caissie; three brothers, Lionel and Emile Caissie and Laurie. Visitation will be held at Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Saturday, July 3rd, 2004 from 9:30am - 11:00 am. The mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Saturday, July 3rd, 12:00 noon. Rev. Ken Weir as celebrant. Interment will be at a later date.
