MOORE, MARY ELIZABETH (BAILEY) The passing of Mary Elizabeth (Bailey) Moore, wife of the late Gordon William Moore, occurred at Pine Grove Nursing Home early morning, Tuesday, August 3, 2004. A daughter of William George and Mae (Knox) Bailey, she was born in Bridgewater, NS in 1922. She was an active member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. She was the Supervisor in the Registrar Office at UNB. She enjoyed dancing, playing Bridge, gardening and dearly loved her family and friends. Mrs. Moore is survived by one son, Richard Moore (Margaret) of Keewatan), Ont.; two daughters, Heather McDonald (Ed Lawrence) of Fredericton and Kathy Driver (Oswald Norrard) of Boiestown; four sisters, Mona Ernst of Lunenburg, NS, Dorothy Allingham (Don) of London, Ont., Barbara Lambert (Ray) of Barry, Ont., and Diane Lohnes of BC; one brother, Ron Bailey (Joyce) of Greenwood, NS; twelve grandchildren, Steven and Danny Moore, Kelly McDonald, Kevin, Melissa, Melanie, Devin and Emily Moore, Alex and Matthew Driver, Peter and Andrew Moore; daughter-in-law Donna Moore of Scarborough, Ont.; several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Besides her parents and late husband, Mary was predeceased by two sons, Ronald Douglas and Kenneth Gordon Moore and one brother George Bailey. The funeral service will be held Friday, August 6, 2004 at 2:00 PM from St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Charlotte St. with Rev. Basil Lowery officiating. Interment will take place in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery. Honorary Pallbearers for the service will be Trevor Whitfield, Bob Howie, Bob Magill Dot Ferris and Donna Wallace.
