Jardine, Margaret Geraldine, 72, of Old Truro Road, Westville, passed away suddenly Friday, October 24th, 2008, at the Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Wadden) MacDonald. She is survived by her children: Wendy Davidson, Westville; Steve (Bonny) Lubbock, TX; Shari (Henry) McInnis, New Glasgow; Roslyn (John) Majcan, Summerside, P.E.I.; Craig, Calgary, AB; grandchildren: Tamara, Taryn, Sarah, Matthew, Brandon, Jerrod, Mitchell, Rachel, Joshua and Jacob; brother, Ken (Connie) MacDonald, Pictou Landing; sister, Marie (Peter) Fraser, Stellarton; several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation by request. A public memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, from Our Lady Of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, with Father Bill Rankin officiating. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. A celebration of Margaret’s life will held at the Stellarton Fire Hall after the burial. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Margaret may be made to the S.P.C.A or the I.W.K. Children’s Hospital.
