STUART, RONALD Born March 26, 1919, died peacefully on September 18, 2004 in St-Lambert, Quebec. He was the son of Frederick Alvah Stuart and Flora Margaret Stuart (nee Tingley) of Tingley, New Brunswick. He was an inspiration to his family and friends and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his four sons, Brian (Lorna), David (Lorraine), Robert and Craig (Patricia) and his seven grandchildren, Jana, Andrea, Peter, Jacob, Heather, Colin and Justin. He was predeceased by his wife Mary (Vanstone). After earning a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Toronto, he had a long and distinguished career in research at Merck Frosst. After retirement he continued working at the University of New Brunswick for many more years. Visiting hours will be held at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White at 307 Riverside Drive, St-Lambert on Thursday September 23, 2004 from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel of the Funeral Home, Friday September 24th at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
