SANDS, NOREEN A. "HAZEL" At the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Wednesday September 29, 2004 Noreen A. "Hazel" Sands, of Durham Bridge, NB passed away at the age of 61. Born in Fredericton, she was a daughter of the late William and Harriet (MacFadgen) Dodds. Hazel was employeed for many years in the nursing field as an RNA. She was also a member of the Golden Age Club of Durham Bridge. She is survived by her husband John; a son Greg Dodds (Lisa) of Taymouth; a daughter Lydia Cassidy of Taymouth; three grandchildren Matthew Cassidy, Bill and Andrew Dodds; four sisters Loretta Brittan (Bill) of Hampton, NB, Margaret Zachorious (Abe) of St. Catherine's, Ontario, Shirley Booker of Kingsley, NB, Jean McNichol (Nick) of Cloyne, Ontario; a brother Bill Dodds (Sharon) of Castleton, Ontario; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a sister Una Dickson and a brother Randy Dodds. No visitation by request. A funeral service will be held at the Taymouth United Church on Sunday October 3, 2004 at 3:00 pm with Rev. Hazel Morris Harvey officiating. Interment will be held in the Taymouth Community Cemetery.
