WARD, PERLEY GEORGE The death of Perley George Ward, of Ludlow NB, husband of Doris (Pond) Ward, occurred on Saturday October 2, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was the son of the late Henry and Dainie (Mountain) Ward. Mr. Ward worked for Diamond Construction, McKay's Building Supplies, attended the Ludlow United Baptist Church, was a member of Landmark Lodge #51, Shriners, Scottish Rite, Royal Order of Scotland and Hillcrest Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. He is survived by two sisters Christina MacRae (Roy) of Blackville and Diane Brennan (Ed) of Blissfield; one brother Richard Ward (Sabra) of New Maryland; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers Darrell and Allison; two sisters Thelma Christie and Joyce Parker. Visitation will be at Miramichi Valley Funeral Home, New Bandon on Tuesday October 5,2004 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held from the Ludlow United Baptist Church on Wednesday October 6., 2004 at 2pm with Rev. Harold Price officiating and Rev. David Egers assisting. Burial will follow in the Ludlow United Baptist Church Cemetery. For those who wish remembrances to the Shriners hospital or Ludlow United Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
