HINCHEY, FRANCES (MITCHELL) The passing of Frances (Mitchell) Hinchey occurred at York Manor Nursing Home, Fredericton on October 25, 2004. Born in Doaktown, Frances was a daughter of the late Roy and Etta Mitchell. Mrs. Hinchey is survived by one son, Roy Hinchey (Judy)of Calgary, AB; two sisters, Alethia Arbeau of Moncton, NB and Jennie Mehan of Penticton, BC as well as several nieces, nephew and cousins. Besides her parents and late husband, Otto Hinchey, Frances is predeceased by four brothers, George, Blair, Kenneth and Ralph Mitchell; three sisters, Veta Rayburne, Daisy Mitchell and Laura Mitchell. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Thursday, October 28 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Friday, October 29, 2004 at 2 pm with Rev. Heather Froats officiating. Interment will take place at the Fredericton Rural Cemetery.
