Peacefully with her family by her side, at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg, on November 14, 2007, at the age of 97. Mary Bell (nee Martell) wife of the late Lawrence Robertson. Loving mother of June (Mrs. Donald Feltmate), Edweina (Mrs. Thomas Williams), Deborah (Mrs. Francis Hay), Lawrence (Pauline), Philip (Peggy), Terry and Keith (Pam) Robertson. Predeceased by her daughters, Iris Carter and Frances Robertson and by her sons: Charles, Gilbert, Clay and Samual. Mrs. Robertson will also be missed by 35 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and several great-great-great-grandchildren. She is also predeceased by her parents, Charles and Martha Martell; her brothers and sisters: Elizabeth Long, Margaret Blair, Alice Connor, Martha Jensen, Georgina Clark, John, Wallace, Charles and Thomas Martell. At Mrs. Robertson’s request there will be no funeral at this time.
