JANET (WATT) KELLY
KELLY, JANET (WATT) The death of Janet (Watt) Kelly, wife of the late Walter Kelly occurred on Wednesday December 1st, 2004 at her residence in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Born in Glasgow, Scotland on March 4, 1925, she was the daughter of William Watt and Mary (Connelly) Watt. Janet was a wonderful homemaker and cook. She was an avid Bingo player who enjoyed, shopping and traveling. She was happiest when surrounded by family and friends. Janet was predeceased by her parents, William and Mary Watt; two brothers Jim and Kenneth; two great-grandsons, Charles Jacob and Zachary Paul Cogswell. She is survived by daughters Maureen Bolton (Butch) of Fredericton, Ann Marie White (Gordon) of Fredericton, Colleen Maynard (Donald) of Fredericton, and Heather Gardiner of Fredericton; one brother, George Watt of Fredericton, and her sister Margaret Craig of Scotland; six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation took place at York Funeral Home, 302, Brookside Dr, Fredericton, N.B. on Friday December 3rd, 2004 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00. A Mass of Christian Burial was conducted by Father John Jennings at St Theresa's Church on Saturday December 4th, 2004 at 12:30 pm. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery at a later date. The family has asked that charitable remembrances to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation be given in Janet's name. Personal condolences may be given through www.yorkfh.com
