HOWE, THEODORE "TED" WILLIAM The death of Theodore "Ted" William Howe of Fredericton, NB, husband of Edith Doreen (Jardine) Howe occurred on December 5, 2004 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton, NB. Born in Gray Rapids, New Brunswick, he was a son of the late Charles and Iva (Curtis) Howe. Besides his wife, Ted is survived by two daughters, Linda Morrison (Rick) and Sylvia Smith (Merlin) both of Fredericton, NB; four sons, Wesley Howe, David Howe (Judy) both of Fredericton, NB, Darrell Howe (Joanne) of Victoria, BC and Larry Howe (Pam) of Fredericton, NB; 17 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; one brother, Charles Howe (Louella) of Bettsburg Road, NB; four sisters, Evelyn Hebert (Wilbur) of Chatham, NB, Elizabeth Storey (Tennyson) of New Bandon, Gladys Storey (Norris) of Fredericton and Edie Munn (Clifford) of Doaktown; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one son, Gordon Howe, one sister, Phyllis Matchett and one granddaughter, Wanda Ruth Gillespie. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 2 pm from the First United Pentecostal Church, Downing Street, Fredericton, NB with Pastor Raymond Woodward, Pastor Joseph Beesley and Rev. Clair Mullen officiating. Interment will follow in the Dayton Cemetery, Fredericton. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society, Diabetic Association or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
