CALVIN KITCHNER SPENCER
SPENCER, CALVIN KITCHNER The passing of Calvin Kitchner Spencer, occurred at the Grey Nun's Hospital, Edmonton, AB on December 6, 2004. Shortly after his passing, the death of his wife Patsy occurred. Born in Parker's Ridge, NB, Calvin was a son of the late Stuart and Ada (Calhoun) Spencer. He worked as a Scaler Forest Technician, previously employed by Lumber Repap in New Castle, NB., was a member of the Ridgeway Baptist Church, Parker's Ridge, NB, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Spencer is survived by two sons, Darren Spencer of Edmonton, AB and Chuck Spencer (Ann- Marie) of Slave Lake, AB; one daughter, Nicole Spencer of Edmonton, AB; two grandchildren, Brandon and Iesha; six brothers, Leroy Spencer (Joyce) of Beaverdam, Terrance Spencer (Ethel) of Holtville, Vaughn Spencer of Elliot Lake, ON, Blaine Spencer (Lily) of Hayesville, Dell Spencer (Elizabeth) of Boiestown and Burton Spencer of Astle; three sisters, Dixie Lee Folkins (Lawrence) of Sussex, Betty Black (Hugh) of New Castle and Gracie Green of Fredericton; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Calvin was predeceased by, two brothers, Reg and Jean Spencer and one sister, Jacquetta. Visitation will take place at the Miramichi Valley Funeral Home, New Bandon, NB on Monday, December 20, and Tuesday, December 21, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral Services for both Calvin and Patsy will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at 1:00 with Pastor Rick Bruce officiating. Interment will take place following the service at the Spencer family Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be Johnny Fowler, Gary Fowler, Andrew Folkins, Khandis Spencer, Troy Spencer and Brian Spencer.
