PAUL, ELSIE E. At the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Friday December 24, 2004, Elsie E. Paul, of St. Mary's First Nation passed away at the age of 83. Born in Fredericton she was a daughter of the late John and Mary Ann (Sapier) Paul. Formerly employed as a secretary with Indian Affairs, Elsie was also a member of St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church and the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary She is survived by her daughter Doreen Paul Griffith; a sister Josephine Paul of Fredericton; nieces and nephews; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, Elsie was also predeceased by one son Jimmy Paul; two brothers Dan and Joe Paul; two sisters Louise and Alma. Resting at her late home on 87 Paul Street, Fredericton with visiting Sunday evening and Monday. The funeral will be held Tuesday December 28, 2004 at 11:00 AM. at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church with Father Monte Peters officiating. Interment will be held at a later date.
