TRENTON - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Parker Dwight Cosh, 55. The death occurred in Calgary on January 11, 2007. Parker was a lifelong resident of Trenton but spent the past year with his son, Randy, in Calgary. He was longtime employee of TrentonWorks where he worked as a spray painter. He was predeceased by his parents, June and Donald B. Cosh. He is survived by his son, Randy; sisters: Sharon (Eddie) Perry, Colleen MacNeil, Juanita (Glen) Hughes, Cathy (Jim) MacMillan, Shelley (Blaise) Hartling, Kim (Michael Anderson); and brothers: Don(Jenny), Danny (Sandra), David (Peggy),Wade (Sylvia), Robert (Isabel),Tim, and Christopher. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews, cousins, special friend, Doris MacDonald, and his many friends who will remember him for his kindness. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the R.H. Porter Funeral Home, High Street, Trenton, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral will be held in the Church of the Nazarene at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 18, with Pastor Leon Teal officiating. In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to the Food Bank or a charity of choice. Royal Canadian Legion Branch 29 Trenton will meet at the funeral home at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday to conduct their service.
