LORD, EDWARD STICKNEY Mr. Edward Stickney Lord, 87, husband of Alva (Craig) Lord of St. Andrews, NB died peacefully at the Passamaquoddy Lodge, St. Andrews, NB on February 13, 2005. He was born on Deer Island on May 2, 1917 of Harold and Bessie Lord. He was pre-deceased by brothers Lambert, Horace (Scotty) and sister Carolyn Richardson. He is survived by one sister, Mary Daly of Fredericton, NB; two daughters, Janet Love (Arthur), Joyce Dickson (Bernie); four grandchildren, Andrew Love (Kathy), Kimberly Love-Brayley (Bill), Jill Dickson and Steven Dickson; two great-grandchildren, Brittany & Liam; one nephew, Arthur Richardson of Ottawa, ON and niece, Cynthia Hobart of Peterborough, ON. Retired from NB Telephone Co. Ltd. in 1981. Ed had many interests, but above all he had a great passion for music and a love for wood turning. No visitation requested by the family due to body being donated for medical research at Dalhousie University. A memorial service will be held at the United Baptist Church, King Street, St. Andrews, on February 18, 2005, at 2 pm. Donations can be made at any charity of the donor's choice.
