PUGWASH – Phyllis Diane (nee Fraser) Jeans, 61, died September 27, 2008, at the Sunset Adult Residential Centre in Pugwash, Nova Scotia. Phyllis was a daughter of the late Edward Clifford and Sadie Winnifred (MacPherson) Fraser. She is survived by her husband, Elliott Jerry Jeans, New Glasgow; a son Benjamin Jason Hagen, Dartmouth; sisters, Jean (John) Workington, 100 Mile House, B.C.; Jessie (Floyd) Leona Webb, Thorburn. Other family members, brothers, Edward Clifford Fraser, James Edward Fraser and a sister, Margaret Isabel Sheppard. She was predeceased by her first husband, Benjamin Hagen. There will be no visitation or funeral service by request of family. A graveside committal service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday in the Duff Cemetery, New Glasgow with Mr. Bruce Parsons officiating.
