MURRAY, J. RONALD The death of the late J. Ronald Murray, occurred on March 18, 2005, surrounded by his family at the Oromocto Public Hospital, after a short illness at the age of 77. He was the son of the late William and Margaret (Donahee) Murray. He is survived by his wife Betty (Randall) Murray, two sons Laurie (Deb) of Orillia ON and Randy (Nora) of Lakeville Corner; one daughter Srerri (Merle) Smith of Swan Creek NB; eight grandchildren, who always loved Gramp, Jeffery, Barbara, Josh, Adam, Luke, Merlin, Anthony and Kurt; thirteengreat grandchildren; two brothers Earl (Ethel) of Lakeville Corner and Lloyd (Faye) of Maquapit Lake; three sisters Eleanor Gallagher of Maquapit Lake, Ruth (Aubery) Carter of Minto and Alice (Omer) Cassie of Maquapit Lake; mother in law Leona Randell of Lakeville Corner, a sister in law Janice Murray of Maquapit Lake; a special cousin Gary Delorey of Sunnyside Beach and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother Carl. Thank you to Dr. Robert Prosser, the staff of the Oromocto Public Hospital, the doctors and staff of the Intensive Care Unit at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Ron will be missed by the many friends he made over his lifetime. At Mr. Murray's request there will be no visitation, a graveside service will be held in the Byno Memorial Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances to the Byno Memorial Cemetery would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to York Funeral Home 302 Brookside Dr. Fredericton NB.
