MUNN, JAMES ALLEN The death of James Allen Munn of Taxis River, NB, husband of the late Margaret (Wills) Munn, occurred on Friday, April 1, 2005 at his home. Born in McNamee, NB on May 12, 1931, he was a son of the late Melvin and Edith (Price) Munn. He retired in 1985 after 33 years of service with the Canadian Forces. James is survived by one daughter Pati Chaloux (Bill) of Bloomfield Ridge, NB; four sons, Tony Munn of Sudbury, ON, Rob Munn (Debi) of Lincoln, NB, Jim Munn (Trish) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA, and Sandy Munn (Brenda) of Jasper, ON; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Flossie and Deed; two brothers, Carl and Lawrence; several nieces and nephews; and his loving companion, Chloe. Besides his parents and wife, he is predeceased by three brothers, Russell, Perley and Blake; and two sisters, Elsie and Kaye. Visitation will take place on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Miramichi Valley Funeral Home, New Bandon, NB. A Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, April 6th, 2005 at 3 pm from Miramichi Valley Funeral Home's Chapel with Pastor. Ricky Bruce officiating. Interment will take place at Parker's Ridge Cemetery at a later date. Pallbearers for the service will be John Chaloux, Anthony Chaloux, Draper Bruce, Rob Long, Trevor Munn and Sonny Munn.
