KIRKHAM, ELLEN WINNIFRED The death of Ellen Winnifred Kirkham, wife of the late Bernard Kirkham, of Fredericton, NB, occurred on April 11th, 2005 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton, NB. Born in Ontario, on January 14, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Charlie and Maggie Thompson. She was a member of the Evangel Assembly. Ellen is survived by one son Dwight Kirkham (Susan) of Prince Edward Island; two grandchildren, Katie and Thomas; one brother Dawson Thompson (Kathleen) of Parham, ON; one sister Thelma Shaw (Art) of Godfrey, ON; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by one brother Bert Thompson and one sister Burma Reetan. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Saturday, April 16 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, April 17th, 2005 at 2:30 pm from Evangel Assembly, Fredericton with Rev. Harlyn Purdy officiating. Interment will take place at Dayton Cemetery.
