FORWARD, DOROTHY (APRIL 24 1910 - 2005) Dorothy (Layte) Forward passed away in Bellville, Ontario this past May 5, 2005. Dorothy died at the age of 95. She leaves behind several family members; her two sons Gerry (Valerie), Fredericton, NB; Lindy, Bellville, Ontario and one daughter Marion (Fraser), Edmonton, Alberta. Grandchildren: Kenneth, Gordon, Gregory Stoodley and Heather (Rob) Adair; Garry and Jason Forward and Nicole Forward; great grandchildren Kaitlin and Bailey Forward, Robert Stoodley and Kristen and Caitlyn Adair. Dorothy moved from Newfoundland along with her husband Lindy raising their family of three in Bellville, Ontario. She was active in her church and community providing baked goods for fund raisers and church socials, knitting scull caps and sweater sets for new born babies for the local hospital. She was a wonderful mother, mother-in-law and all round genuine good individual who devoted herself to her family and will be sadly missed by all who have known her. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Lindy Forward, sister Bess and brother Stewart and her son-in-law Chubb Fraser. Services for family and friends will be held in Bellville, Ontario.
