
PAULINE HELEN FAWCETT
FAWCETT, PAULINE HELEN Pauline H. Fawcett of Hawkins Corner passed away June 8, 2005 at Carleton Memorial Hospital, Woodstock. Born at Crow Hill Road, Hawkins Corner on Feb. 9, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Eldon and Ruth (Shea) Marr. Pauline was the author of two books, Promise Never To Leave and Still She Didn't Cry. She loved to knit and cook and was a friendly hostess in her home. She is survived by a daughter, Debbie Bragdon (Gary), Hartfield; a son, Mitchell Fawcett, Hawkins Corner; a daughter in law, Diane Davis Fawcett, Caverhill; four sisters, Audrey Hoyt (Lawrence), Hawkins Corner, Joyce Bradley, Millville, Betty Fox, Temperance Vale and Eleanor Carpenter (Alfred), West Tennants Cove; four brothers, Ray Marr (Ethel), Paul Marr (Anne), both of Hampstead, Clayton Marr (Vi), Wickham and Carl Marr (Lillian), West Tennants Cove; six grandchildren, Cassandra and Kelsey Fawcett, Hawkins Corner, Julie McConaghy (Greg), Millville, Alex Bragdon (Angie), Rossville, Rev. Richard Bragdon (Crystal), Keswick Ridge and Amy Bragdon, Fredericton; six great grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Jessica and Alexis Bragdon, Vada Bragdon, Riley and Matheson McConaghy; several nieces and nephews. Pauline was predeceased by her husband, Clinton T. Fawcett on January 20, 2002, a brother, Wendell Marr, two sisters, Noreen Dunlop and Shirley Marr and a granddaughter, Camie Fawcett. Resting at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic with visiting hours Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Temperance Vale United Pentecostal Church on Friday, June 10, 2005 at 2 p.m. Rev. Terry Brewer officiating. Interment will be in the Fawcett Cemetery.
