COUGLE, JOHN MERLIN The passing of John Merlin Cougle of Fredericton occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on June 12, 2005 at the age of 55 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Bath, NB he was a son of Ray and the late Tressa (Hallett) Cougle. Merlin worked for Supply & Services for many years. He is survived by his wife Gail, two sons Colin and wife Tammy of Bangor Maine, Todd and Wife Stacie of Dartmouth N.S, four grandchildren Zachary, Phylicia and Brett Cougle and Dustin Ellison, his father Ray Cougle and his wife Sylvia of Woodstock N.B, three brothers Rev. Donald Cougle and wife Cheryl of Auburn, Maine, David Cougle and wife Angie of Richmond B.C. and Glendon Cougle and wife Mary of Douglas N.B. three sisters Diane Cammack and husband Murray of Quispamsis N.B, Judy Downing (Ed) of California, Jean Stillwell (Ray) of Saint John, and a brother-in-law Ray Flemming. He was predeceased by his mother Tressa and a sister Donna Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton with visitation Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Bishop's Funeral Home on Wednesday June 15, 2005 at 10:00 am with Msgr. Brian Sheehan officiating.
