SIVRET, EDMOND JOSEPH The death of Edmond Joseph Sivret, of Fredericton, NB, occurred on August 3, 2005 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 13, 1934 in Miscou Island, NB, he was a son of the late Alexander and Leona (Dugay) Sivret. Mr. Sivret was a retired Pipe Fitter with Union Local 772. He enjoyed working on convertible GTO's and was a light weight boxer during his time in the Army. Edmond is survived by four sons, Dennis Sivret, of Fredericton, NB, Edmond Sivret (Colleen) of Minto, NB, Billy Sivret of Moncton, NB and Jason Sivret of Fredericton, NB; three daughters, Pam Wright (Bill) of Fredericton, NB April Watson and Angela Gibbs both of Halifax, NS; several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his son Alex. Visitation will take place on Friday from 7 to 9 pm at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2005 at 2pm from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel with Rev Paul Thompson officiating. Interment will take place at Sunny Bank Cemetery, Fredericton, NB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and would be appreciated by the family.
