PAUL, EDWARD CLIFTON 1941 - 2005: Edward (Eddy) Paul of Woodstock First Nation on Monday, September 26, 2005 at his home. Born on May 23, 1941 at Woodstock, NB Son of the late Simon and Edith (Saulis) Paul. Eddy loved to hunt and play softball. He was active in hockey and played with the Karnes Loafers. He enjoyed board games with his friends and family. Survived by his son James F. Elliott of Surrey, BC.; Special friend Paulette Polchies; Sisters, Rita Chevrette, Marjorie Poliches, Linda Paul, Catherine Depow; (John) ,Karen (friend Derry), Terri-Ann (John) Thornton all of Woodstock; Leona Desgroseilliers (Romain ) of Quebec & Cynthia Gabriel (Tony) of Fredericton; one brother Louis Paul of Woodstock; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by sister Patricia Paul; brothers Howard Paul, Allan Paul, Gary Paul, Simon Joseph Paul, David Paul. Resting at # 8 Maliseet Drive, Woodstock First Nation .Visitation starts Tuesday afternoon September 27, 2005. Funeral services to be held for Eddy Paul on Thursday, September 29, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. from St. Gertrude's Roman Catholic Church, Woodstock, NB with interment at the Calvary Cemetery. Father Bill Brennan officiating. If so desired, donations can be made to the Canadian Kidney Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
